About the Role

This isn't a typical Product internship.

You'll work directly with the founders, AI Engineers, and Software Engineers to help design, test, and improve AI-powered product experiences used by enterprise customers.

From evaluating AI responses and refining user journeys to writing product requirements and validating new features, you'll be involved in every stage of the product lifecycle.

What You'll Own

Product Discovery

• Understand customer workflows and business problems
• Participate in customer calls and product demonstrations
• Document user pain points and product opportunities
• Conduct competitor and AI product research

AI Product Testing

• Test AI Trainer, AI Role Plays, AI Coach, and AI Content Creator
• Evaluate AI responses for accuracy, quality, safety, and consistency
• Identify edge cases and unexpected AI behaviors
• Recommend improvements to prompts and product flows

Product Design

• Create user stories and acceptance criteria
• Assist in writing Product Requirement Documents (PRDs)
• Design and improve user journeys
• Collaborate with Design on wireframes and prototypes

Work with Engineering

• Translate customer requirements into actionable product specifications
• Validate implemented features before release
• Track bugs and feature requests
• Support sprint planning and release testing

Measure Product Success

• Analyze product usage and engagement metrics
• Gather customer feedback after launches
• Help define success metrics for new features
• Recommend improvements based on data

What We're Looking For

• Final-year engineering graduate student, or a recent graduate
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Passion for AI and emerging technologies
• Curiosity about product management and user experience
• Ability to think from the customer's perspective
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup

Bonus Points

• Experience using Open AI, Claude, Gemini, Cursor, or other AI tools
• Familiarity with Figma, Notion, Jira, or Linear
• Understanding of LLMs, prompts, or AI agents
• Previous internship in Product, Engineering, Design, or Consulting
• Interest in SaaS, enterprise software, or B2B products
