About the Role:
As a Customer Success Associate, you will be integral to the successful implementation and rollout of our interactive skilling journeys. Your role will focus on ensuring optimal client setup, data management, and content mapping, aligning with our clients' strategic goals to enhance user adoption and satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  1. Facilitate the initial setup and seamless deployment of skilling modules for new clients, ensuring alignment with client expectations and strategic goals.
  2. Oversee Content Creation, Curation & Deployment across digital platforms to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
  3. Collaborate closely with clients to develop and refine strategies, integrating our solutions into their operations smoothly.
  4. Manage the setup of client data and oversee the creation and maintenance of content resources, tailoring our modules to meet specific client needs while adhering to industry standards.
  5. Work with the Product team to incorporate client feedback into product development, driving innovation and enhancements.
  6. Conduct regular quality checks on content and platform features, analyzing user engagement and behavior to identify patterns, trends, and areas for improvement.
  7. Generate comprehensive reports for both internal stakeholders and external clients to maintain transparency and facilitate ongoing service optimization.
  8. Lead client training sessions and provide continuous support to promote effective adoption and utilization of our platforms.

Requirements:

  • Experience in customer success or project management, ideally within a technology-driven environment.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset, comfortable working with data to drive decisions and improvements.
  • A team player who is proactive, adaptable, and committed to delivering high-quality work.
