Now, we’re building a Customer Success team that ensures our clients don’t just buy UpTroop — they win with it. As a Customer Success Intern, you’ll be right at the intersection of product, people, and impact.

What You’ll Do

  • Onboarding Excellence: Help new clients get started smoothly — from setting up accounts to guiding first-time users.
  • Adoption Champion: Track engagement data, spot adoption gaps, and suggest creative nudges to keep teams practicing daily.
  • Client Conversations: Sit in on customer check-ins, capture feedback, and help translate client needs into product actions.
  • Playbook Support: Assist in building success playbooks, training guides, and FAQs that make adoption effortless.
  • Outcome Tracking: Support reporting on metrics like ramp-to-productivity and attrition reduction, proving impact for our clients.

  • Empathetic and detail-oriented — able to see things from the client’s perspective.
  • Curious about how SaaS adoption works and eager to learn from real-world client scenarios.
  • Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and keeping track of details.
